In preparation for the second year of the Liga Eskwela Program, the Moran Foundation met with the Principals of 14 public elementary schools as well as representatives from the school district of Muntinlupa to discuss plans for 2016-2017. The Liga Eskwela aims to develop grassroots futsal programs for public elementary school children in various hubs across Metro Manila.
