The Sagada Art, Music & Peace Fair is a groundbreaking event full of creativity and fun inspired by the beauty and character of Sagada. It is the first of its kind!

 

Q: WHEN IS THE SAM&PF HAPPENING?

The Sagada Art Music & Peace Fair is set for October 28-29, 2017! That’s Saturday to Sunday.

 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS EACH DAY OF THE SAM&PF?

Starting October 28 at 10am, various artistic displays, demonstrations and activities will happen the whole day. Music begins at 4:00 P.M. of October 28 Saturday straight through till midnight, and then picks up again at 4:00 P.M., October 29, Sunday.

It’s a 2 day concert, 8 hours each day, with the biggest and most exciting Filipino artists, led by Gary V, Ely Buendia, Joey Ayala, Freddie AguilarNoel Cabangon, Up Dharma Down, Lolita Carbon, Raymond Lauchengco, and at least 10 other up and coming artists!

Q: HOW MUCH WILL THE TICKETS BE?

VIP Tickets are Php 2,000 each.

 

Q: WHAT ARE THE INCLUSIONS OF THE P2,000 TICKETS?

The P2,000 is full payment for ONE (1) TICKET for ONE PERSON.

Tickets will be valid for the duration of the fair, from 10AM on Oct 28, Saturday, until midnight of Oct 29, Sunday. There are in and out privileges, but the ticket is not transferable. Ticket buyers will have full access to all the art installations, merchants, food concessionaires and the concert venue.

(NOTE: Tampering of the ticket will invalidate it.)

 

Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Only 13 years old and above are allowed to enter the fair.

FAQS

Q: HOW WILL I GET AROUND SAGADA?

The Sagada Art, Music & Peace Fair is earmarked as a walking event. Private vehicles of VIP ticket holders will be instructed to park their cars at their hotel parking lots, or in secure and designated areas which will all have 24 hour security available.

There will also be local public transportation available.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINKS TO THE PREMISES OF THE FAIR AND CONCERT?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed. However, food and drinks will be available throughout and can be purchased at the premises of the event.

 

Q: CAN I RECORD THE HAPPENINGS AT THE EVENT?

Only camera phones, compact cameras, or point and shoot cameras will be allowed at the fair. Strictly no DSLR or any other professional recording equipment will be allowed into the fair grounds.

 

Q: ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS?

Prohibited items: Food, cans, bottles, glass, chairs, tent(s), big bags, anything studded, spiked, or chained fashion items, fireworks, weapons, sharp objects, professional cameras, laser lights or pens, scooters, bikes, pets, animals, alcohol and illegal substances.


Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Ticket receipt, Photo ID, cash, sun block, hat, jacket (it can get cold, especially at night), sunglasses, mat or blanket (for you to sit on), comfortable clothing and footwear (it is a walking event after all), camera (no DSLRs, just point and shoot types), and your festive self.
