The ICTSI Philippine Specials Futbol Team is an eco-friendly squad of ‘special needs’ footballers, aged 16-25 years old, participating in the Special Olympics Asia Pacific Regional Games in Newcastle, Australia from Nov. 30 – Dec. 7, 2013.
The Henry V. Moran Foundation and the ICTSI Foundation Inc. are the lead-benefactors of this team of 15 players and 3 coaches. The ICTSI Philippine Specials Futbol Team is organized and managed by Ed Formoso of The Henry V. Moran Foundation.
